Screen Printing Mesh Glue, used for bonding mesh and aluminum frame. stainless steel or wood screen frame with high adhesive strength.
In screen making, should be removed clean sticky glue stir thoroughly before using. Every time the aluminum frames should use the fine sandpaper friction, and then wipe the stain with a solvent , and pre-coated adhesive surface in the frames, and stretch mesh, coating glue to dry.
When you are stretching mesh, clean the surface of the screen frame to ensure complete penetration of the glue into the mesh , between the mesh and the frame to ensure good contact , before the cutting wire mesh stick glue to ensure thorough drying, the mesh is sufficiently bonded to the screen frame.
Need to coat screen adhesive evenly on the four sides of frame evenly. The adhesive should be even and proper but not too thick.
usage method:
1. After the new frame is roughened, cleaned, or the old frame is cleaned, apply a layer of base adhesive on the mesh bonding surface first. After drying, it can be operated on the machine. If the adhesive is thick, it can be diluted with Tenna water.
2. When the tension of the mesh reaches the required level, lift up the mesh frame that has been coated with primer, tightly contact the mesh, and apply glue with a brush while keeping it flat and even.
3. Park for 15-20 minutes to cut the label screen.
Matters need attention:
A: Make sure the mixing container is clean and dry. Shake the curing agent up and down a dozen times before use.
B: Ensure that the ratio of 5:1 glue to hardener is correct. Make sure the glue and curing agent are evenly mixed and in place. The prepared glue is used up in about 1 hour, if it is necessary to extend the operation time to 4-6 hours in the original 1 hour or so, after the glue and curing agent are dissolved, the diluent is transferred according to the above proportion and then stirred evenly.
C: Unblended main glue. The curing agent is immediately sealed and stored.
