1.FEATURE
Fast drying and curing,solvent resistance, strong adhesion, super high temperature resistance, wash water resistance, solvent resistance, can withstand high screen tension and other characteristics, suitable for aluminum alloy and other metal mesh frame, especially suitable for PCB, SMT industry.
2.Use method
Step1. After the new frame is roughened, cleaned, or the old frame is cleaned, apply a layer of base adhesive on the mesh bonding surface first. After drying, it can be operated on the machine.
Step 2: Pull the mesh to the specified tension,Make sure the mesh frame fits the mesh tightly,After the net drawing is completed, the net drawing machine can be loosened only after it is parked for a suitable time until it is cured.
Step 3: Place 9-12 hours after the screen is collected,Follow normal pre-print mode:For example, after cleaning with water and applying photosensitive glue, it must be baked in the oven (recommended oven temperature maximum 55, minimum 45). Using the screen version of this product, the higher the temperature into the oven and the longer the time, the stronger the resistance to the common washing water solvent on the market. The use of solvent-based washing water, whether manual or automatic cleaning machine can easily cope.
3.Storage
This product should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. 0-25 degrees Celsius is preferable, and the product is used immediately after opening to prevent solvent volatilization and water reaction in the air.
