2, Use method
Step 1: Mix the adhesive and curing agent as 5:1 (in order to ensure stability, the curing agent should be
quickly shaken up and down more than ten times),The deployed mesh glue takes 200g as an example, and
the operation time is about 1 hour,If you need to increase the operation time, add diluent after the glue
and curing agent are prepared,It is recommended to add a maximum of 40%,This operation time can be
as long as 4-6 hours,Glue that is not used for the time being should be placed in a place that is away from
the sun and wind.
Step 2: Pull the mesh to the specified tension,Make sure the mesh frame fits the mesh tightly,After the
net drawing is completed, the net drawing machine can be loosened only after it is parked for a suitable
time until it is cured.
Step 3: Place 9-12 hours after the screen is collected,Follow normal pre-print mode:For example, after
cleaning with water and applying photosensitive glue, it must be baked in the oven (recommended oven
temperature maximum 55, minimum 45). Using the screen version of this product, the higher the
temperature into the oven and the longer the time, the stronger the resistance to the common washing
water solvent on the market. The use of solvent-based washing water, whether manual or automatic
cleaning machine can easily cope.
Note: the curing time of glue varies according to the mesh number and the thickness of the glue. The drying time of
glue is not the same as the curing time. The drying time of glue is 5-10 minutes, but the non-sticking hand does not
mean that the glue has been cured. The curing speed of the adhesive depends on the thickness of the glue, the
ventilation condition and temperature and humidity of the workshop, and so on. The new mesh frame must be
roughened, no grease residue, and keep the surface clean; At the same time, it is recommended to apply primer.
