Screen Printing Mesh Glue, used for bonding mesh and aluminum frame. stainless steel or wood screen frame with high adhesive strength.
In screen making, should be removed clean sticky glue stir thoroughly before using. Every time the aluminum frames should use the fine sandpaper friction, and then wipe the stain with a solvent , and pre-coated adhesive surface in the frames, and stretch mesh, coating glue to dry. When you are stretching mesh, clean the surface of the screen frame to ensure complete penetration of the glue into the mesh , between the mesh and the frame to ensure good contact , before the cutting wire mesh stick glue to ensure thorough drying, the mesh is sufficiently bonded to the screen frame.
Need to coat screen adhesive evenly on the four sides of frame evenly. The adhesive should be even and proper but not too thick.
